Gainsborough Park is a family-run business supplying fresh food and flowers to the Mornington Peninsula. We are passionate about growing healthy and seasonal produce in a sustainable way.
When the vineyard was first planted in 1991, the decision was made to not irrigate the vines. This means we now have strong and healthy vines consistently producing low-yield, high-quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes for Stonier Winery.
The combination of our grapes, with the expert vineyard management and winemaking skills at Stonier, results in some truly exceptional wines.
The rich red soil and temperate climate create the perfect conditions for a wide range of fresh fruit, olives, vegetables and nuts.
We are a proud supplier to Torello Farm where you can regularly find fresh, seasonal Gainsborough Park produce on the shelves.
We are also very pleased to provide fresh produce to Balnarring Preserves for their delicious, award-winning cordials, sauces and jams.
Gainsborough Park grows a wide range of flowers including dahlias, daffodils, jonquils, proteas, waratahs and roses.
Peak flower season is in Spring when a host of golden daffodils emerges.
Drop by Torello Farm for the latest seasonal blooms.
We also supply our flowers to some fabulous local florists including the talented Millicent Green who creates stunning bespoke arrangements.
Now it is Autumn, the cooler weather will see the quinces and pears ripen at Gainsborough Park. We will also have some more unusual produce available including pine mushrooms, persimmons and medlars. Our dahlias will continue to produce abundant blooms through Autumn and the first of our proteas will be available later in the season.
